2026-2027 Boat and RV Storage

Drop-off Day: Friday November 6,2026 Noon-3:00pm or Saturday, November 7,2026 8:00 a.m.- Noon. first come, first-served. Please use Gate 2
Pick-up Day:  Saturday, March 27, 2027 starting at 8:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. 
Storage Rates for 2026-2027

Based upon length of item:

     $300 for boats or RVs less than 29 feet long

     $350 for boats or RVs between 30 to 39 feet

     $400 for boats or RVs 40 feet or longer
   To have your boat or recreational vehicle (RV) stored over the winter in our fairground buildings, simply print out and complete the following form and bring it and your boat or RV to the fairgrounds Friday November 6th from Noon-3:00 or Saturday, November 7th 8:00am -Noon

TERMS OF AGREEMENT
  1. Lessee agrees to pay MCFA the amount above.
  2. All items must be removed on Saturday March 27, 2027. 
  3. If lessee wants to pick their items up prior to Saturday March 27, 2027 they need to indicate that at time of check in so the proper arrangements can be made.
  4. All Property stored on the premises shall be at the lessee’s sole risk. Lessee understands and acknowledges by signing this agreement that MCFA shall not, does not, and will not carry insurance of any kind for the lessee’s item(s) stored. In addition, MCFA shall not be held liable to Lessee for any damage to, or loss of, any personal property stored during the term of this Agreement. MCFA shall not be responsible for theft or damage to any of Lessee’s property and Lessee expressly waives and releases MCFA from any such claims. Lessee shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend MCFA from all claims, demands, actions or causes of action (including attorney fees and all costs) that are brought by any party arising out of Lessee’s use of the storage space at the Monroe County Fairgrounds in Bloomington Indiana.
  5. All antennas must be either folded down or removed prior to check in for storage. The maximum height for any item is 13’6”.
  6. All items not removed from the Monroe County Fairgrounds by March 27, 2027 will be subject to an additional storage fee of $5.00 per day and this will be enforced.  ​
